According to statistics, the annual loss of metal structures, equipment, and materials caused by corrosion is approximately 20-40% of the metal production of that year. The economic losses caused by scrapping due to metal corrosion account for 1.5-3.5% of the total national economic output value, which is quite astonishing. Our company's product direction mainly focuses on environmentally friendly, high solid, low viscosity, and solvent-free anti-corrosion coatings. While improving product performance, we reduce air pollution caused by solvent volatilization, and control the VOC value below the national environmental protection requirements. With the technical support of the School of Chemistry and Environmental engineering of Shandong University of Science and Technology, the products with high solid, low viscosity and solvent-free have been improved, and the technology research and development cooperation in water-based coatings has been completed. The school enterprise strategic cooperation agreement has been signed with Shandong University of Science and Technology, and the innovation and entrepreneurship practice base of Shandong University of Science and Technology has been set up in the factory.
