1、 Technical parameters of fully automatic yarn steaming machine
The processing time for each yarn is about 2 hours.
Capacity space and load capacity can be customized with different load capacity equipment according to customer needs.
The energy consumption for processing each ton of yarn is about 50KWh or 150KG of steam.
Adopting dual vacuum technology, the vacuum pump consumes approximately 2KW/h of electricity per ton of yarn.
Working temperature: 50 ℃ -120 ℃.
Working pressure: -0.085-0.1MPA.

It is suitable for vacuum shaping of yarns such as yarn, polyester thread, synthetic fiber thread, sponge cloth, curtain shaping, spandex wrapped yarn, cotton yarn, rayon, polyester thread, computer embroidery thread, sewing thread, knitting thread, curved bead thread, lace thread, zipper thread, etc. Its main purpose is to shape continuous silk threads with weaving conditions after merging and twisting, that is, to stabilize the twist under a certain pressure and temperature, and obtain a balanced and non twisted silk thread.



2、 Principle and process of fully automatic yarn steaming process

Step 1: Vacuuming - By vacuuming, the dry air inside the cylinder block and yarn is extracted
Step 2: Heating and humidifying - The negative pressure and saturated steam generated by the water tank can quickly penetrate into the interior of the yarn and quickly reach equilibrium, making the temperature and humidity inside and outside the yarn uniform and consistent
Step 3: Temperature and Humidity Balance - The yarn is evenly penetrated by saturated steam and water. The inner and outer layers of yarn reach the processing temperature at the same time and undergo steam evaporation at the same temperature. Therefore, the moisture regain of the yarn is uniform and the friction coefficient of the yarn is also consistent.
