The LUYOR-2130L flashlight type large area degreasing inspection black light lamp uses three high-power long wavelength ultraviolet LED (UVA LED 365NM) as the light source, outputs large area ultraviolet light, and is equipped with a large capacity lithium battery pack. It can work continuously for 2-5 hours when fully charged, with a compact design and a compact body that can be carried to work in a narrow space. It is suitable for degreasing cleaning and inspection of oxygen tanks, oxygen pipelines, and oxygen valves.
The air separation and chemical pipelines need to be degreased and cleaned. After acid cleaning, the cleanliness of the pipelines needs to be checked. According to the standard, black light lamps must be used for ultraviolet radiation. Traditional black light lamps mostly use high-pressure mercury lamps. Compared with high-pressure mercury lamp bulb type ultraviolet lamps and tube type ultraviolet lamps, the ultraviolet intensity has been greatly improved, and the fluorescence observed on site is clearer.
