Description of worm gear reducer:
Gearbox body: aluminum alloy or cast iron
Worm gear: Centrifugally cast phosphorus tin bronze.
Worm: 20Cr, maintained tooth surface hardness HRC60 after fine grinding, with a hardness thickness greater than 0.5mm.
Oil cover/ventilation cover: mainly used to exhaust gas from the casing of the worm gear reducer.
End cover: It is divided into large end cover and small end cover. The end cover is used to fix the axial position of the pump system components and withstand axial loads. Both ends of the bearing seat hole are closed with bearing covers.
Oil seal: mainly used to prevent the lubricating Oil spill inside the case and improve the service time of lubricating oil.
Oil drain plug: mainly used to prevent the discharge of dirty oil and cleaning agents when lubricating oil inside the chassis.
Oil gauge cover/oil gauge: mainly used to observe whether the oil level inside the casing of the worm gear reducer meets the standard.
