3, the above mentioned penalty total amount can not be exceeding the whole contract amount’s 5%.Force Majeure:We factory shall not be held responsible for late delivery of the goods owing to generally recognized Force Majerue. Factory should notice Customer by oral immediately. 15 days later after force Majerue happens, and post customer the written proof documents from the related departments. If force manjerue keeps more than 60 days, Customer can cancel the contract. Factory should return the payment.Technical materials provide:Factory should provide the following data: each of Chinese / English version manual and matching tools enclosed for one machine.Contract amendment:Any changes for the contract clauses, a written contract amendment must be signed by both parties.Arbitration:If there is dispute during contract implementation, we should settle through negotiation made in the principle of fair cooperation. If not, the case under dispute shall be submitted for arbitration. Which has the same equally binding to both Parties, The cost of arbitration shall be borne by the losing party. During the arbitration, the non-dispute portion of the contract continues to implement except the arbitration part.
