Accessories introduce:
Frame : galvanized steel frame, the layer of the galvanization is 180g/M2,and the frame is one-off molded, also there is a outlet in the bottom.
Fan Blades : 6 pieces of mirror finished 430 stainless steel blades and the angle of the blades is patented designed.The fan translations have all passed the experiment of homeostasis, which makes the air volume keep the same as the very beginning during the operational life span of the fans.
Shutter : high strength hot-galvanized steel sheet, with a centrifugal system which can ensure the shutter opens with the angle of 90 degree under all the condition. And uncontrollable air can never goes into the birdhouse as the shutter works.
Belt Pulley : the V type belt pulley is aluminium magnesium alloy injection moulded, so it’s light and high-strength.
Fan bearing:adopts imported double-row bearing with special waterproof design,water can't enter.High strength,low noise,maintenance free and long service life.
Belt : Mistuboshi brand,ensure the long service life .
Centrifugal system:open the shutters at complete 90 degree to ensure the lowest air resistance and biggest air volume.When closed,the sealing can efficiently block light and wind into the poultry farm house.As the first one adopts high quality nylon 100% to ensure the long service life.The fasteners of centrifugal system all are copper rivets,wear-resisting and no rust,flexible.Guide rod is made of 304 stainless steel.ensuring the high strength,no rust,reduces frication.
Hammer system:Using high strength nylon swung drop hammer opening device to ensure the shutters opening and closing flexible.
SIEMENS Motor Or China motor: The motor is high efficiency and low wastage of energy and have accredited 3C and CE certification; the Grade of Protection is IP55 and the Insulation Grade is F.
Butterfly and shutter cone fan:Using advanced front double door opening device small wind resistance,good sealing,high efficiency,lengthened cone design improve exhaust power.Fan double doors closed with the rubber sealing which effectively avoid air backflow when start fans at different time.Greatly improve the operation efficency by 15%~20% compared with the same power fan.Reasonable cone designing which can concentrate blowing and direction,so the air flow is bigger and the fan will be energy-efficient,low noise.
Glass steel fan:Reasonable cone designing,low noise,big air flow,strong ventilation,lowop erating cost.Using air downstream principle,PVC or aluminum blades,antinxidant,light weight,no distortion.
Maintenance free: there is no use to maintain it during its life circle.
