Introduction to GFY15 Mining Bidirectional Wind Speed Sensor

The bidirectional wind speed sensor for mining (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) is mainly used for detecting the wind speed and direction of various tunnels, air vents, fan wellheads, etc. underground in coal mines. It can display the current wind speed value on site and have synchronous wind speed signal output.

1 Explosion proof type

Mine Intrinsic safety type, explosion-proof sign: "Exib Ⅰ Mb".

2 Power supply

a) Working voltage: DC 9V~24V;

b) Working current: ≤ 50mA.

3. Measurement range: 0.4m/s~15m/s.

4. Basic error: Within the measurement range, it should not exceed ± 0.2m/s.

5 Resolution: 0.1m/s.

6 output signals (only one type is available at the factory)

6.1 RS485 signal

a) Half duplex communication mode, transmission rate: 2400bps;

b) Signal voltage peak value: 2V~12V;

c) Transmission distance: not less than 2km (using MHYV coal mine cables with a single core cross-sectional area of 1.5mm2).

6.2 Frequency signal

a) Signal range: 200Hz~1000Hz (linearly corresponding to 0 m/s~15m/s) frequency signal;

b) Positive and negative pulse width of the signal: ≥ 0.3ms;

c) The high level should not be less than 3.0V (when the pulling current is 2mA), and the low level should not be greater than 0.5V (when the pouring current is 2mA).

6.3 Current Signal

a) 1mA~5mA or 4mA~20mA current signal (linearly corresponding to 0 m/s~15m/s, also selectable as 0~5mA or 0~20mA);

b) Load capacity: ≥ 800 Ω at 1mA~5mA; ≥ 200 Ω when 4mA~20mA.

6.4 Current signal

a) Current type: 1mA/5mA, 0mA/5mA (corresponding to forward/reverse wind) optional (jumper J1 on the right side of the circuit board, output 1mA/5mA when unplugged, output 0mA/5mA when connected);

b) Signal range: ≤ 0.05mA at 0mA; At 1mA, 1mA to 1.4mA; At 5mA, 4.5mA~5.5mA;

c) Load capacity: ≥ 1k Ω.

7 Response time

Response time of the sensor: ≤ 5s.

8 Audible and visual alarm function

a) The sensor can set an alarm point within the measurement range (factory set to 8m/s), and the difference between the alarm display value and the set value is not greater than 0.1m/s;

b) The sound level of the alarm sound signal at a distance of 1m shall not be less than 80dB (A); The light signal is clearly visible at a distance of 20m in a dark environment.
