High strength bolt test fixture
1、 Overview
The high-strength bolt test fixture is carefully designed and manufactured by our company according to the relevant national standards GB/T3098.1-2010, using special materials. It can be combined in different ways to conduct bolt wedge load test, ordinary tensile test, bolt guarantee ZUI small tensile load test, and nut guarantee load test. This fixture is clamped into the jaws of the universal testing machine by connecting a pull rod, which allows for various tensile tests. Ordinary hydraulic WAN testing machines do not require the addition or modification of other devices.

1. Wedge load test ZUI high tensile force: 696kN (M30-10.9s)
2. Bolt ZUI small tensile load test: 583kN (M30-10.9s)
3. Nut guarantee load test: 583kN (M30-10.9)
