1、 Main purpose and scope of application

This tester is designed and manufactured entirely in accordance with ISO/DIS 10545-7-1996 Ceramic Tiles - Glazed Ceramic Tile Surface Wear Resistance Test Method and GB/T3810.7-2016 Ceramic Tile Glaze Wear Resistance Test Method Standard. Place a certain amount of abrasive on the glaze of ceramic tiles, grind the abrasive on the glaze, and visually compare the difference classification of the polished sample glaze.

3、 Main structure and working principle

The tester consists of a body, a transmission mechanism, a supporting turntable, eight metal fixture boxes with rubber seals, and an electronic control device. The motor passes through the transmission mechanism, and the support plate runs at 300 rpm, resulting in an eccentricity (e) of 22.5mm. Therefore, each sample is made to make a Circular motion with a diameter of 45mm, so that the abrasive is ground on the sample glaze. The electric control device controls the preset number of revolutions. When the preset number of revolutions is reached, the machine can automatically stop. This device has a novel structure, stable operation, low noise, and easy operation. It can perform tests on 8 or less samples simultaneously. Due to the configuration of a digital time relay, the operator only needs to turn on the power without any monitoring. It will automatically complete the test according to the set time (revolutions).

Degrees. Each sample is evaluated based on the average wear volume of two parts.

Instrument configuration: including one LM test host, one set of abrasive (steel ball), and one kilogram of F80 white corundum powder. If an observation box is required, the cost will be charged separately.

1、 Purpose:

This box is used in conjunction with the LM ceramic tile glaze wear resistance tester and is a visual device for observing the wear resistance test of glazed tiles. Meet the requirements of ISO/DIS 10545/7-1996 "Ceramic tiles - Test method for surface wear resistance of glazed ceramic tiles" and GB/T3810.7-2006 and GB/T3810.7-2016 "Test method for surface wear resistance of ceramic tiles" for observation devices.
