Q: What do you need to provide for the quotation of precision molds.
Answer: Do you usually need to provide me with 2D and 3D drawings so that we can accurately quote and manufacture the mold. The supported 2D drawing formats include PDF, DWG, CAD, DXF, etc; The supported 3D drawing formats include STP, IGS, etc.
Q: We don't have any drawings, can we process them?
Answer: We do not provide sample processing. Our company designs molds based on product drawings and cannot process without them.
Q: What is your mold manufacturing capability?
Answer: We have multiple professional mold designers and experienced technical personnel. There are over 160 personnel and over 180 imported advanced mold manufacturing equipment.
Q: What is the payment method? Can I place an order directly?
Answer: Payment method: Direct online payment in cash. You can also trade offline, please be sure to consult customer service before placing an order.
Q: Can you issue an invoice and how many additional points can be added to the invoice?
Answer: Invoices can be issued, but value-added tax invoices require an additional 13 points.
Q: What if the processed mold does not meet the requirements?
Answer: Our factory strictly manufactures according to the accuracy of the drawings provided by the customer, and we will also communicate with the customer about the purpose and accuracy requirements of the molds. If the molds do not meet the customer's requirements, if it is our manufacturing problem, we are responsible for arranging for rework. If the product is scrapped due to the buyer's drawings being incorrect, we will discuss it separately.
