The process flow of this system is specifically designed for the production of purified water for pharmaceutical use. The system uses a multi-media filter, an activated carbon filter, and a security filter as the primary treatment, effectively removing impurities such as suspended solids, mud, particles, organic silicon colloids, organic matter, odors, residual chlorine, etc. from the raw water, so that the treated raw water meets the inflow requirements of reverse osmosis. Then, it enters a programmable secondary reverse osmosis device to remove dissolved salts from the water Bacteria, heat sources, etc., with a water conductivity of ≤ 2 μ S/cm, in accordance with the various indicators and GMP specifications of purified water in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia

This system has two operating modes: automatic and manual. The automatic program control device adopts Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC (programmable controller) as the central control element, and realizes the automatic operation of the system by monitoring the operation of various components through a combination of multi-point and multi-channel water level sensors and dynamic pressure controllers. Manual operation mode has been set, which can be used for system installation, debugging, and maintenance.
