Working principle:
A liquid level gauge is based on the principle that the static pressure of the measured liquid is proportional to the height of the liquid. Using advanced isolated diffused silicon sensors, static pressure is converted into electrical signals, which are then temperature compensated and linearly corrected to standard electrical signals (such as 4-20mA). Equipped with a WH6 secondary display control instrument, real-time water level display and control are achieved.
Control principle - When the water level in the water tank drops to the set lower limit water level value, the liquid level controller sends a command to instruct the pump valve to start water supply. When the water level reaches the set upper limit water level value, the controller sends a command to instruct the pump valve to close and stop water supply. Similarly, if necessary, the liquid level controller can also instruct the water pump or electric valve to perform the opposite operating action.
The WH311 water level gauge uses the WHSENSORS core motherboard, allowing the sensor to reflect changes in liquid level at any time. According to the verification certificate of the metrology institute, the error is less than 0.009mA, which means the liquid level error is less than 0.01 meters. Wh311 water level gauge is a fully sealed submerged diffusion silicon liquid level measuring instrument. This type uses a pressure resistance pressure sensor transmitter that has undergone long-term stability and reliability tests, and a dedicated circuit is installed in a stainless steel shell to form an integrated structure and standardized signal, providing convenience for on-site use and automation control. Dedicated cables are sealed and connected to the casing, allowing for long-term use in liquids compatible with transmitter structural materials. In addition, considering the fact that the length of underground water level gauge cables is generally longer, we use military grade armored steel wire cables for the dedicated air conducting cables used for the underground water level gauge, which are 30% thicker than ordinary cable steel wires, making the cables less prone to damage during use.
