The IS type pump is a single stage single suction (axial suction) clean water centrifugal pump suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, as well as agricultural drainage and irrigation. Used for transporting clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.
Structure Description
The IS type pump is designed according to the performance and dimensions specified in the international standard IS02858, and mainly consists of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, sealing ring, shaft sleeve, and suspension bearing components.
The pump body and cover of the IS pump are split from the back of the impeller, which is commonly known as a rear door structure. Its advantage is convenient maintenance, and during maintenance, the pump body, suction pipeline, discharge pipeline, and motor can be removed from the rotor components for maintenance.
The casing of the pump (i.e. the pump body and cover) constitutes the working chamber of the pump, and the impeller, shaft, and shaft sleeve are the rotor components of the pump. The suspension bearing components support the rotor components of the pump, while the rolling bearings bear the radial and partial axial forces of the pump. In order to balance the axial force of the pump, most pumps have sealing rings in front and behind the impeller, and balance holes are installed on the cover plate behind the impeller. Due to the low axial force of some pumps, there is no sealing ring or balance hole on the back of the impeller.
