During transportation, the product must not be damaged. Especially, it is necessary to pay attention to whether screws and nuts are loose. Regarding accessories, please confirm the type and number of parts for errors. The fan must operate correctly according to the indicated direction. When you use it, A power supply with appropriate capacity is required. If a small capacity power supply is used, it may fail to start. Therefore, please pay attention to the power supply capacity
During installation
Please confirm whether the frequency and voltage of the power supply you use match the specifications recorded on the nameplate. The rated voltage of the submerged blower must be within ± 10% of the allowable value. Please do not extend the cable arbitrarily. As extending the cable may cause a voltage drop above the allowable value, please be careful not to pull the cable when moving the submerged blower to avoid cable breakage, Loss of insulation can cause electrical leakage. Please use a grounding wire accurately. To prevent electric shock, it is required to install a leakage circuit breaker to prevent electric shock. To protect the submerged blower and extend its service life, it is recommended to install a fuse free switch. Do not bury the submerged blower in mud or sand piles, and try to place it in a clean and frequently flowing place, Please use the same caliber as the submerged blower for the air outlet piping. If using piping with a smaller caliber than the submerged blower, improper piping may result in increased pressure loss, reduced air volume, and increased current. During operation
Firstly, turn on the power switch and confirm if there is air intake at the inlet silencer. If it is reversed, immediately stop the operation and change to the correct direction. The pressure and motor current values at the outlet should be within the range of use. If there are any exceeding conditions, check the cause before operating. Pay attention to whether the submerged blower has abnormal vibration and noise. If it is left unused for a long time, it is easy to cause the impeller to get stuck, so please run it for 30 minutes every week, If placed in a damp place, please implement it daily.
