Product Details
Elastic paint, with excellent adhesion and scratch resistance, is made of hydroxyl containing soft polyurethane resin as the film-forming material, crosslinked and cured with HDI type curing agent, and selected imported elastic powder. It has a soft texture and a smooth and comfortable feel. Suitable for long-term contact coatings such as game sticks, computer mice, hair dryers, perm clips, pens, makeup boxes, telescopes, household appliances, power tools, car interiors, etc.
Applicable substrates: ABS, PS, HIPS, hardware, etc.
Test conditions:
1. Spraying substrate: ABS substrate
2. Film thickness: 30-35 μ M
3. Baking: 70 ℃ × Dry for 30 minutes and test after 24 hours of storage
4. Diluent: THU-001
