1. Air circulation method in the test cabin: A variable frequency fan is used with stainless steel blades, and an air duct partition is installed at the back of the cabin. The fan forcibly sucks air from the center of the partition and exhausts air from all around the partition to the test space, forming a parallel airflow.
2. The humidity control of the test cabin adopts the dry and wet air balance adjustment method: (dew point control method cannot be used due to stable speed requirements), which is composed of a cold dry dehumidifier, a vaporization humidification device, a split flow control system, etc. The vaporization humidification device is equipped with an automatic constant temperature control device;
3. The temperature and humidity stability time of the test chamber during operation shall not exceed 90 minutes, and there shall be no condensation, atomization or condensation of water droplets in the test chamber during operation;
4. The test cabin and doors should have effective thermal insulation, which can be insulated with glass wool. The thickness of the insulation layer should not be less than 100mm, and the thermal conductivity coefficient should not exceed 0.01W/(m · K);
5. The test cabin is equipped with a dedicated control system, which adopts an imported 10 inch color touch screen. It can continuously and real-time monitor and record control parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, pressure, intake flow rate, time, etc. in each cabin. It can achieve system control, program setting, dynamic data display and historical data playback, fault recording, alarm setting, and other functions;
6. The equipment should be equipped with a safety protection system: high and low voltage protection for the refrigeration system, overcurrent protection, heater overtemperature protection, motor overcurrent protection, water shortage protection, air pump overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage protection, power supply under phase and phase sequence protection, power supply over current and short circuit protection;

The environmental testing chamber for VOC release from plastic runways meets the group standard of Shanghai "Limit of Harmful Substances in Plastic Surface Layer of School Sports Ground" T/310101002-C003-2016 and the new national standard test requirements for plastic runways in GB36246-2018 "Synthetic Material Surface Layer Sports Ground for Primary and Secondary Schools" (small environmental testing chamber method), which is applicable to plastic runways, sports artificial grass, sports ground composite wooden flooring, solid wood flooring, and flooring materials, carpets The determination of harmful substances and formaldehyde emissions from materials such as carpet liners and carpet adhesives can also be used to detect volatile harmful gases in other building materials. This TVOC environmental box can provide standard testing environments (such as specified temperature, relative humidity, air displacement rate, and airflow speed) or simulate real indoor environments, and test the pollutant release rates and characteristics of various plastic runways, indoor materials, and products.

Inspection rules
1 Witness sampling
The sampling of all plastic surface materials used during the construction process and finished plastic surface products should be witnessed by a third party.
2 Sampling requirements
2.1 Each batch of the same plastic surface layer in each project
2.2 After the construction of the plastic field surface layer, the curing time under on-site conditions shall be at least 14 days. If the sample is not fully cured within 14 days, the curing time on the construction site can be appropriately extended, but heating and other accelerated curing measures cannot be taken. The maximum curing time shall not exceed 28 days.
2.3 Samples should be directly excavated from the plastic site after completion, and the rules for determining the location of the excavated samples are shown in Appendix I; After excavating the samples, seal them with polyethylene or polytetrafluoroethylene bags and place them in a cool and dry place. After sample selection, it should be delivered to the laboratory within 48 hours and testing should begin as soon as possible.
2.4 Take at least one set of samples for each type of plastic surface material
2.5 The raw materials for the plastic surface layer should be sampled before entering the construction site. Non solid raw materials should be thoroughly stirred before being sealed and stored in clean glass or polytetrafluoroethylene bottles; After sampling solid raw materials, they are sealed and stored in polyethylene or polytetrafluoroethylene bags.
3 Judgment rules
When all inspection results of each group of samples meet the technical requirements of this standard, it is determined that the group of samples meets the requirements of this standard; If any item does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, it is determined that the group of samples does not meet the requirements of this standard.

ISO 16000-3 Indoor Air Part 3: Determination of Formaldehyde and Other Carbonyl Compounds in Indoor Air and Test Chamber Air - Active Sampling Method
ISO 16000-6 Indoor Air - Part 6: Through Tenax TA adsorbent Thermal desorption and active sampling of volatile organic compounds in indoor and test chamber air using gas chromatography using mass spectrometry (MS) or flame ionization detector (MS-FID)
