TinyPowerTM voltage detector
The HT7050A-1 series is a set of three terminal low-power voltage detectors implemented using CMOS technology. The voltage detectors in this series can detect fixed voltages, ranging from 2.2V to 8.2V. The voltage detector series consists of a high-precision and low-power standard voltage source, comparator, hysteresis circuit, and output driver. Manufactured using CMOS technology, ensuring low power consumption.
Although primarily used as fixed voltage detectors, these ICs can be paired with external components for detecting specified threshold voltages.
