1. What's the warranty statement?
Jinnuo warrants all the products manufactured by Jinnuo to free from defects in material andworkmanship under normal use of a period of 12 months or 36months after the date of the original purchase price if repair orreplacement is not possible of practical, Jinnuo warranty covers ONLY the product itself. Jinnuo will assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses. Your warranty rights will be honored only when the product has been installedand used properly as deemed byJInnuo, Jinnuo will not repair products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.2. What's the return policy?
All order shipments leave our factory complete and in working order, customer must report and damagewithin 7days of receipt of order by sending digital photographs(.JPG) of damaged items. Customer must retain damaged merchandise,package and shipping containers until claim had been settled. Damage in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier, and any claim beyond this 7days period will not be deemed valid by Jinnuo .3. How about in case of breakage?
Jinnuo will accept returns for a refund within 30days of the shipment of your order. Please note exceptions bellow: Returns must be first acknowledged by Jinnuo PRIOR to return, Please contact the related salesman in charge.All packages sent to Jinnuo MUST have the initial sales invoice number issued and printed clearly on the outsite of package, Alack thereof will result in the item being immediately restocked and no credit or refund will be issued. All returns must be madein their original packaging with sufficient packing material. Modified or installed items will not be accepted for return.
