Working principle and structural characteristics
The XZS series rotary vibrating screen is a special type, high-precision fine-grained screening machine. The XZS series rotary vibrating screen is excited by unbalanced eccentric heavy hammers installed on the upper and lower ends of the vertical vibrating motor shaft, or by the eccentric heavy hammers on the upper and lower ends of the vibrator carried by a regular motor. Due to the rotation of the driving motor, the vibrating part of the sieve machine moves in three dimensions in the horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions. Adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower weights can change the movement trajectory of the material on the screen surface, meeting the screening effect of various specific gravity materials. Adjusting the counterweight blocks of the upper and lower weights can achieve different excitation forces to achieve the screening weight of materials with different specific gravity and mesh numbers.
This machine has high grinding efficiency, 50 times the number of collisions of grinding media compared to ordinary ball mills, and 10 to 30 times the grinding speed compared to ordinary ball mills. It has good sealing performance, no dust leakage, low energy consumption, simple installation, and convenient maintenance.
