Intelligent electric glass vacuum suction crane with flippable stone and cement board vacuum suction cup lifting tool mechanical arm

The connecting equipment of the glass suction crane has been fully transported, assembled and waiting for connection. Before the initial operation of the machine, it is necessary to check its integrity and whether there is any damage during transportation. If there is any damage, it must be reported in writing immediately.

1. Preparation work

Charge the battery on the charger first, with an initial charging time of 10 hours. The voltage after charging is between 13.6V-13.8V. The subsequent charging time is 6-8 hours.

Attention: The battery should be charged regularly, even if it is not in use, it should be charged every 3 months, otherwise the battery is prone to damage and cannot be charged. The storage temperature range is -15 ℃ to 40 ℃. The battery should be regularly recharged. The relationship between the storage period and temperature is as follows: below 20 ℃: 9 months; below 20-30 ℃: 6 months; below 30-40 ℃: 3 months.

2. Electrical connections

Place a fully charged battery into the battery box and connect the quick plug to the starting plug of the vacuum pump. The circuit connection must be completed by a professional electrician, and the protective ground wire must be connected.

3. Mechanical connection

Simply fasten the lifting hook of the lifting equipment to the lifting ear of the vacuum suction crane.

4. Air tightness inspection

Start the vacuum suction crane and place it on a flat surface for testing with dense materials (such as smooth and flat glass). When the maximum vacuum is achieved (the pointer no longer climbs), turn off the vacuum pump and wait for 5 minutes. During this 5 minute period, the lifted workpiece must not fall off. Otherwise, please check all air connections and tighten the pipe clamps if necessary.

3、 Glass lifting machine for lifting and handling

1. Starting the vacuum hoist

Turn on the power switch on the control box, start the vacuum pump, first evacuate the air in the accumulator to ensure sufficient vacuum. When the pressure is below 50%, the sound and light alarm light will sound an alarm until the required vacuum pressure is reached. When the pressure reaches the set pressure, the vacuum pump will automatically stop running to save electricity. At this time, the vacuum suction crane is in a ready state.

2. Positioning of suction crane

Control the movement of the lifting equipment, so that the suction cup of the suction crane is close to the glass surface, and at this time, the suction cup of the suction crane is fully sealed with the glass surface;

3. Glass adsorption

Push the manual hand slide valve on the operating handle. At this time, the suction cup is connected to the vacuum system, and the suction crane automatically absorbs the glass. The vacuum pressure gauge will display the current vacuum degree (pressure). When the pressure gauge shows 55% vacuum degree (-0.55kg/f), it indicates that transportation can be carried out, which takes about 2-3 seconds;

4. Glass flipping:

Pull out the locking shaft pin and forcefully push the suction cup holder to drive the workpiece to flip upwards until it reaches a position of about 90 degrees. The shaft pin automatically locks the suction cup holder, achieving a 90 degree vertical flip of the workpiece.

5. Glass lifting/material handling:

Control the electric hoist to transport the board to the discharge position;

6. Glass release:

Pull back the manual slide valve on the operating handle to connect each suction cup to the atmosphere, and the vacuum pressure between the suction cup and the glass surface will disappear, causing the glass to separate from the suction cup.
