Precautions:
1. The release valve should be installed on the top of the warehouse and away from the delivery pipe.
2. Be careful not to damage the internal diaphragm of the release valve during installation, and prevent welding slag and other debris from falling into the ash bin during welding.
3. The diaphragm is a vulnerable component. When the pressure inside the chamber is too high, it will impact and damage the diaphragm, releasing air pressure outward to regulate the pressure inside the chamber; When the diaphragm is damaged by impact, the working efficiency of the dust collector should be checked in a timely manner. The processing gas volume of the dust collector should reach 1.2-2 times the incoming gas volume. And timely replace the release valve diaphragm.
