Applicable scope:
Used for processing unqualified turbine oil, suitable for online processing of turbine oil for steam turbines, gas turbines, and water turbines in industries such as power, chemical, papermaking, metallurgy, etc., to ensure the normal operation of unit regulation and wetting systems. The aggregation and separation technology used can also be used for low viscosity hydraulic oil and cooling oil, as well as other low viscosity lubricating oils that need to remove a large amount of water and achieve filtration of impurities.
This machine uses physical means to quickly remove a large amount of harmful components such as moisture, impurities, and gases (acetylene, hydrogen, methane) from the oil without affecting its composition and performance; Ensure the normal operation of the unit regulation and lubrication system, and extend the maintenance cycle of the unit.
Product characteristics:
1. Adopting technologies such as coalescence vacuum technology, molecular absorption, vacuum drying, and automatic demulsification, without the use of any additives for demulsification.
2. The ternary one-time dehydration method can separate a large amount of water from the oil, as well as remove trace amounts of water from the oil, dehydrate and break the emulsion, making severely turbid and emulsified oil clean and transparent.
3. The device adopts a step-by-step encryption filtering system setting. The filter can be repeatedly cleaned and used, with low material cost and long service life. The filter configuration can effectively remove fine particle impurities in the oil.
4. A medium condensation device combining strong wind and water cooling technology is used to condense and remove water from the extracted high-temperature and high-temperature mixed gas, improving the effective output power of the equipment, greatly extending the service life of accessories, and making the equipment more efficient.
5. The heater adopts a low load design to ensure that the oil can be evenly heated in the heater, effectively avoiding hazards such as oil cracking and aging.
6. The electrical system and automatic infrared liquid level control system will automatically control without oil leakage.
7. It can achieve unmanned online operation with equipment such as steam turbines and water turbines, with low noise and meeting the world's high standard environmental protection requirements.
