During testing, if there is no target drug target or its metabolites present in the sample, the specific antibody labeled with colloidal gold binds to the membrane antigen to form two red lines (one reaction line T and one quality control line C), indicating a negative test result; If there is a target drug target or its metabolites in the sample, and the concentration is higher than the detection level (each test item is different), the drug molecule competes with the colloidal gold labeled antibody to bind, thereby preventing the colloidal gold labeled antibody from binding to the membrane antigen, causing its corresponding red reaction line to disappear, and only a red quality control line appears, indicating a positive test result.
