Applicable scope: suitable for PP products and PE films; PP packaging belt (high-end polypropylene packaging belt), etc.
Product Usage: Suitable for plastic films, the crystallization of PE and PP can be changed through nucleation, resulting in the following significant effects:
1、 Improve the transparency of films, sheets, and products, with a transmittance of 86%.
2、 Improve the glossiness, bending modulus, and tensile strength of the product, with a 20% increase in tensile strength; Increase the impact strength to 30%; The elongation at break has been increased to approximately 200%.
3、 By increasing the nucleation density of PP, the spherical size of PP is greatly reduced, thereby reducing light scattering and improving the transparency and surface glossiness of PP.
