Q1. Where is your factory? And when did you start your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China(mainland),
around 2 hours by high speed train from Shanghai as well as by car. We started it
from Year 2005 as a trading company. For all clients, from homeland or abroad, we welcome your visit warmly.
Q2. What is the MOQ?
A: Generally it's 100 pieces. But it changes among different products.If you need more details, please contact us.
Q3. What is the lead time?
A: For the first order, especially those with customized designs, it would take
35-45 days to complete the goods.
For reorders, it usually takes 20-35 days. Please keep it in mind the
lead time is always flexible. Please feel free to drop a message. We will do our best to
meet your needs.
Q4. How can i have my own Logo/design pic on the Leash?
A: Of course we welcome customized logo and design. We also do OEM and ODM projects for our customers.
Q5: How do the products packed?We usually pack the kayaks by color box+carton, also we can pack it by clients requirement.
Q6. What is the payment terms?
Usually it's 30% as deposit before mass production, and 70% balance before shipment.
We accept payment with T/T and credit card, Paypal, and L/C. We can also do the orders via
overseadia Trade Assurance if a third party makes you feel more satisfied and guaranteed.
Q7. Where is your main market?
North America ranks as our top market.We also have many customers from Europe and Australia.
Q8. How can i get my samples?
