2、 Material requirements

The pressure plate and base plate of the car stop and fixed track shall be made of Q235-B steel, and its material shall comply with the provisions of Carbon Structural Steel GB/T700-1988. The performance level of bolts is 4.8. The plywood of Expansion joint shall be Q345-B steel, and its material shall comply with the provisions of Low Alloy High Strength Structural Steel (GB/T1591-1994). Grade C hexagonal head bolts, nuts, spring washers, and flat washers shall comply with the provisions of national standards GB/T5780-2000, GB/T41-2000, GB, T93-1987, and GB/T-2002 respectively

3、 Installation requirements

When using a pressure plate to fix the track, the base plate should be in close contact with the track. The connection weld between the pressure plate and the base plate must be welded after the track is adjusted. Before welding, tighten the bolts and press the track tightly. After welding, check one by one and ensure that the track is not loose.
