1. Unloading

2. Trace element feeding hopper

Install a trace element feeding hopper at the back of the mixing bucket as needed, which can conveniently add small amounts of feed and trace elements.

3. Anti overflow ring

If handling large round and rectangular grass bales, it is recommended to install anti overflow rings on the mixing drum. A low level anti overflow ring can be installed inside the bucket (which does not increase the height of the car body), or a high level anti overflow ring can be installed at the top of the bucket (which increases the height of the car body by 15 centimeters), which can prevent feed from being thrown outside the mixing bucket during the crushing process.

4. Cutter adjustment

The vertical mixer truck is equipped with two sets of reverse rotating cutters, which are suitable for cutting round and rectangular grass bales. During the mixing process, the cutting blade can be manually adjusted to different positions or adjusted through hydraulic control.

5. Operation

For interactive conveying devices, the conveying function can be directly operated on the tractor through a cable. When unloading from one or both sides of the door, it can be operated through the control valve on the tractor (directly operating one or two double acting control valves). 6. Irregular mixing auger

8. Braking

10. Damping wheel axle

For the 1050 and 1450 mixer trucks, vibration reduction wheels and axles can be equipped, suitable for long-distance transportation and uneven ground operations.

11. Drive device

The auger is propelled by an umbrella gear of a powerful gearbox. The gearbox consists of a shell, a vertical shaft, and a large diameter rolling bearing. This structure can absorb the enormous torsional force acting on the auger and minimize the wear of the auger through continuous oil lubrication.

12. Conveyor Options

As a standard configuration, all vertical mixer trucks are equipped with a transmission box with an output speed of 30rpm. For low-power tractors, a gear reduction device can be used, such as VM600 and VM750, which can rotate at 21rpm; VM900 and VM1050 can rotate at 26rpm. Adding a gearbox and performing operations directly on the tractor through a cable can reduce driving power by approximately 30%.

13. Straw blowing device

All vertical mixing trucks can choose to be equipped with a straw blowing device. The vertical mixer truck cuts the straw into fragments and uses a hydraulic controlled blowing device to blow the straw onto the cow bed. You can choose to configure electronic operations to achieve the above functions. The blowing device is generally driven by an independent hydraulic pump.
