Xiangke DRH-II-300 fully automatic thermal conductivity tester (dual protection hot plate method)

This instrument is based on the principle of unidirectional stable thermal conductivity. When the upper and lower surfaces of the sample are at different stable temperatures, the heat flow through the effective heat transfer area of the sample, as well as the temperature difference and thickness between the two surfaces of the sample, are measured to calculate the thermal conductivity. It meets the high-precision testing requirements of the material testing and research department for the thermal conductivity of materials. It mainly tests plastic, glass, fiber, foam, thermal insulation materials, etc. Widely used in material analysis and testing in universities, research institutions, quality inspection departments, and production factories.

Performance characteristics:

1. Automatic thickness measurement: high-precision displacement sensor is used for measurement, and computer is connected for automatic thickness measurement to reduce human error.

2. Automatic pressurization system: Computer automatic pressurization, which can test the thermal conductivity under different pressures, is more scientific, data-driven, and reproducible than manual pressurization.

3. Adopting dual flat plate detection for higher accuracy.

The main technical specifications of Xiangke DRH-II-300 fully automatic thermal conductivity tester (dual protection hot plate method) are as follows:

1. Thermal conductivity range: 0.0010~3.000W/mk, displaying four decimal places;

2. Test accuracy: ± 3%;

3. Sample size: double specimen 300 × three hundred × (10-50) mm; Flatness:<0.05 mm

4. Hot surface temperature range: room temperature~100 ℃, temperature resolution 0.01 ℃, measurement accuracy 0.05 ℃;

5. Cold noodle temperature range: 0-60 ℃, temperature resolution 0.01 ℃;

6. Computer controlled fully automatic testing, data processing, and generation of inspection reports that can be printed out;

7. Adopting high-precision displacement sensors and connected to computers for automatic thickness measurement, with a measurement range of 0-50mm and a resolution of 0.01mm;

8. It can automatically pressurize and detect the thermal conductivity under different pressure states. The pressurization range is adjustable from 0 to 1000N, with a resolution of 0.1N.

9. Temperature difference between hot and cold plates: default value of 20 ℃, user can also set it by themselves

Common standard temperature difference: 20 ℃ Common temperature difference range: 15-25 ℃

Configuration: Including one DRH-II-300 fully automatic testing host, one set of software, one high-precision constant temperature water tank, and one Lenovo desktop computer (configured according to the contract).
