This instrument is based on the principle of unidirectional stable thermal conductivity. When the upper and lower surfaces of the sample are at different stable temperatures, the heat flow through the effective heat transfer area of the sample, as well as the temperature difference and thickness between the two surfaces of the sample, are measured to calculate the thermal conductivity. It meets the high-precision testing requirements of the material testing and research department for the thermal conductivity of materials. Instrument reference standards: GB/T3399 "Test Method for Thermal Conductivity of Plastics, Protective Hot Plate Method", GB/T3139-2005 (Test Method for Thermal Conductivity of Fiber Reinforced Plastics) (Test Method for Thermal Conductivity of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics), GB/10294-2008 (Determination of Steady State Thermal Resistance and Related Characteristics of Thermal Insulation Materials, Protective Hot Plate Method), etc. It mainly tests plastic, glass, fiber, foam, thermal insulation materials, etc. Widely used in material analysis and testing in universities, research institutions, quality inspection departments, and production factories.
