Introduction to measuring devices

The instrument can also be equipped with sample thickness measurement system, pressure measurement system, electric pressurization system, and external thermal environment temperature control system.

The hot plate is composed of a calorimetric plate and a heat protection plate, which is equipped with a calorimetric plate heater (or controlled by a constant temperature bath outside the water circuit), a heat protection plate heater, a temperature protection thermoelectric silicon, and a temperature measurement probe. The heat protection plate is controlled by a high-precision temperature control meter, providing a stable heat protection temperature; The calorimeter plate is heated by a DC regulated power supply controlled by a high-precision temperature control meter, and the calorimeter temperature is controlled according to the temperature difference measurement Thermopile signal. The measured calorimeter power is the heat flow value; The temperature of the hot surface is measured by an embedded temperature measuring probe or an external temperature measuring probe.

There is a water circuit and a temperature measurement probe inside the cold plate, which are connected to the external constant temperature water tank through a pipeline. By utilizing the medium circulation between the external constant temperature tank and the cold plate, a second constant temperature field is formed in the cold plate, providing stable temperature at the cold end face. The temperature of the cold surface is measured by an embedded temperature measurement probe or an external temperature measurement probe.
