Water resistant textile coating flame retardant FT-6501
Product Overview: Flame retardant FT-6501 has a high flame retardant efficiency on pure polyester fabrics, and the fabric contains 1% -1.5% of this flame retardant, which can achieve good flame retardant effect; Has excellent water washing resistance, can maintain excellent flame retardancy after multiple washes, and has good fastness to sunlight; High abrasion resistance and fastness, suitable for use in dark dyeing and printing; In addition, FT-6501 can also be used for flame retardant textile coatings.

Appearance: colorless to light yellow transparent mucus

Application:
1. Pre processing
Due to the poor water absorption and low liquid carrying capacity of polyester fabrics, it is best to undergo a alkaline treatment before flame retardant finishing. This not only improves the water absorption of the fabric, ensures uniform liquid carrying, but also removes impurities and other additives on the surface of the fabric to prevent affecting the flame retardant effect;
Formula:
NAOH: 20-30G/L Temperature: 95-100 degrees Celsius Time: 30-60 minutes
2. Flame retardant finishing
The concentration of flame retardant varies with the weight of the fabric and the liquid content.
1) Formula: Flame retardant FT-6501:180-200g/L; Non ionic penetrant (0.5-1g/L)
