Working principle of the through center jack:

When the jack is tensioning, it is pressed against the work anchor, installed at the front end, and the work and tool clips are installed. Oil is fed into the oil inlet through the tensioning oil pump, and under the push of high-pressure oil, it moves forward. Under the action of the tool anchor, it drives the steel bundle to move forward, achieving the tensioning of the steel bundle.

Working principle of tensioning machine:

When tensioning the prestressed tendon, the oil inlet of the tensioning cylinder and the oil outlet of the top pressing cylinder return oil. The top pressing cylinder, connecting sleeve, and supporting sleeve are connected to form an integral right moving anchor ring; The tensioning oil cylinder, end cap nut, plug, and core sleeve are integrated to drive the tool anchor to move left and tension the prestressed tendon; When anchoring under top pressure, while maintaining the tension force, the oil nozzle of the top pressure cylinder enters the oil, and the top pressure, protective sleeve, and top pressure head are connected to move to the right to push the clip into the anchor ring; At this time, the tension cylinder oil nozzle returns oil, the top pressure cylinder oil nozzle enters oil, and the tension cylinder hydraulic return stroke. Afterwards, the oil nozzles of the tensioning cylinder and the top pressing cylinder return oil simultaneously, and the top pressing cylinder returns to its original position under the action of spring force
