Xiangke CHY-II material load softening temperature tester (non differential temperature rise method)
This instrument is used to test the resistance of refractory materials to high-temperature load softening, and is an important indicator for testing the high-temperature mechanical properties of refractory materials. Meet the requirements of standard YB/T370-2016 "Test Method for Load Softening Temperature of Refractory Materials (Non Differential Heating Method)", and automatically generate temperature and deformation curve diagrams through computer automatic testing and data processing, and save them.
Main technical parameters:
1. Maximum heating temperature: 1700 ℃, maximum experimental temperature: 1650 ℃;
2. Microcomputer program temperature control, temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃;
3. The heating rate is adjustable from 0 to 20 ℃/min
4. Deformation measurement indication error: not greater than 0.01mm;
5. Sample size: used for shaped refractory products( Ф 36 ± 0.5) × (50 ± 0.5) mm cylindrical specimen, using amorphous refractory material( Ф 50 ± 0.5) × (50 ± 0.5) mm cylindrical specimen;
