1、 Jump type temperature controller: Various types of jump type temperature controllers are collectively referred to as KSD, such as KSD301, KSD302, etc. This temperature controller is a * * * product of bimetallic sheet temperature controllers, mainly used for overheating protection of various electric heating products. It is usually used in series with thermal fuses, and the jump type temperature controller serves as primary protection. Thermal fuses, on the other hand, serve as secondary protection when the sudden tripping temperature controller fails or causes overheating of the heating element, effectively preventing the burning of the heating element and resulting fire accidents.  

2、 Liquid expansion temperature controller: It is a physical phenomenon (volume change) that causes the material (usually liquid) in the temperature sensing part of the temperature controller to undergo corresponding thermal expansion and contraction when the temperature of the controlled object changes. The membrane box connected to the temperature sensing part expands or contracts. Based on the lever principle, the hydraulic expansion temperature controller drives the on-off action of the switch to achieve the goal of constant temperature control. It has the performance characteristics of accurate temperature control, * * * *, small start stop temperature difference, large temperature control adjustment range, and large overload current. Liquid expansion temperature controllers are mainly used in temperature control fields such as the home appliance industry, electric heating equipment, and refrigeration industry.

3、 Pressure type temperature controller, modified to use a sealed inner temperature sensor filled with working fluid and a capillary tube, converts the controlled temperature change into a change in spatial pressure or volume. When the temperature setting value is reached, the contact is automatically closed through elastic components and quick instantaneous mechanisms to achieve automatic temperature control. It consists of three parts: a temperature sensing part, a temperature setting main body part, a microswitch that performs opening and closing, or an automatic damper. Pressure type temperature controllers are suitable for refrigeration appliances (such as refrigerators, freezers, etc.) and heating devices.

4、 Electronic temperature controller, electronic temperature controller (resistive type) is measured using resistance temperature sensing method. Generally, platinum wire, copper wire, tungsten wire, and thermistor are used as temperature measuring resistors, each of which has its own advantages. Most household air conditioners use thermistor type.
