Service conditions for QS stainless steel submersible pumps:
1. The medium temperature shall not exceed 60 ℃, the volume ratio of solid impurities in the medium shall not exceed 0.1%, the particle size shall not exceed 0.2mm, and the pH value of the medium shall be between 4 and 10.
2. The depth of the motor diving into the liquid should not exceed 5m, and the exposed part of the motor should not exceed 1/2 of the motor's liquid level.

Precautions for using QS stainless steel submersible pump:
(1) Firstly, it is necessary to verify whether the relevant technical parameters such as nameplate, flow rate, head, and medium particle size match the usage conditions.
(2) Choose the appropriate matching pipeline. The diameter of the supporting pipeline should match the diameter of the pump outlet, and the diameter should not be too large or too small, and the length should not be too long to avoid increasing pipeline losses. To prevent water leakage at the connection between the outlet pipe and the pump, clamp the pipeline tightly onto the outlet pipe or connect it with a flange. Also, string the rope at the lifting ring and use one cup to lift and place the pump. Do not use cables to drag the pump.
(3) Thoroughly inspect the cables and plugs for any unsafe factors. Since the pump has been submerged in water for a long time and is working with electricity, it is necessary to carefully inspect the cables for breakage and damage, as well as the plugs for leakage to avoid electric shock accidents and ensure the safe operation of the pump.
(4) There must be a reliable grounding. Before use, a grounding wire with a grounding mark should be reliably grounded in the outgoing cable of the pump to ensure safe operation. Sometimes when used in rural areas, due to limited conditions and the absence of a fixed grounding wire, a metal rod of 1.5m or more can be buried near the power supply or pump as the grounding wire.
(5) Before use, check the insulation resistance of the pump. The insulation resistance in the steam cooled state shall not be less than 50 megaohms. If the pump has not been used for a long time, the motor is damp inside, and the insulation resistance is below 2 megaohms, the cause should be checked and the fault should be eliminated before normal use.
(6) Must be used in conjunction with protective switches. The submersible sewage pump has been working underwater for a long time and also transports sewage and pollutants. The usage conditions are relatively complex, and situations such as blockage by debris, lack of phase operation, and low voltage operation often occur. To prevent winding damage, the pump must be used in conjunction with a protective switch. If there is no protective switch, a fuse wire that is about 1.2 times higher than the rated current of the pump must be added to the ordinary switch before it can be used.
(7) Ensure that the working voltage of the pump is within the normal range. When the power supply of the pump is far from the place of use, it is necessary to increase the cross-section of the grounding current, reduce cable joints, and reduce voltage drop. Generally, the voltage drop of the power line is controlled within 5%.
(8) Test run the pump before use. Check if the steering of the pump is correct and avoid reverse operation.
