Before using the pump, it is necessary to carefully inspect the cables for damage, whether fasteners are loose or detached, and whether the pump is deformed or damaged during transportation, storage, and installation.
2. Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the same and opposite phases of the electric pump motor, and the value should not be less than 2 megohms. Otherwise, the motor stator winding should be dried, and the drying temperature should not exceed 120 ℃.
3. This series of pumps can be installed in two types: fixed and mobile. When using fixed automatic installation, the chain cables should be threaded separately (deviating from the pump outlet, and their connection should be parallel to the pump outlet) into two lifting ring screws or lifting plates to lift the electric pump up and down. Slowly and evenly slide along the guide rail until the automatic coupling is in place. When using mobile installation, first cover the hose and use a chain rope to thread it into the two lifting rings to lift the electric pump. Be careful not to use the cable as a rope to avoid danger.
4. The direction of rotation after the pump is connected is counterclockwise when viewed from the water inlet. If the electric pump rotates in reverse, simply adjust the wiring position of any two wires in the cable.
5. The casing grounding wire of the electric pump must be strictly connected in accordance with relevant regulations. In order to ensure personal safety during use, it is strictly prohibited to install or operate the electric pump nearby~ Or move to prevent accidents caused by electric pump leakage.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the electric pump must be equipped with a fully automatic water pump control cabinet. Do not directly connect to the power grid or use a knife switch to connect the power supply to ensure the normal operation of the electric pump.
7. It is not allowed to operate the electric pump in a low head state for a long time (usually the head used should not be less than 60% of the rated head), and it can be controlled within the recommended head range to prevent the electric pump from burning out the motor due to overload.
8. Pumps without self circulating cooling devices are strictly prohibited from operating as a whole above the water surface for a long time to prevent overheating and damage to the electric pump.
