Stainless steel reaction kettles are mainly used in the hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation, storage and other processes in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and light industry. The reaction kettle can be made of stainless steel materials such as SUS304, SUS321, SUS304L, SUS316L, etc. There are anchor type, frame type, paddle type, and turbine type agitators. The rotating mechanism can use cycloidal pinwheel reducers or infinitely variable speed reducers. The sealing device can use mechanical seals, and the heating and cooling can use jacket, half tube, or coil structures. The heating methods include steam, electric heating, and thermal oil to meet the process needs of different working environments such as acid resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Can be designed and manufactured according to user process requirements.
