Circular vibrating screen structure
The vibrating screen mainly consists of spring base, rotating spindle, belt pulley, screen mesh, aggregate, tire coupling, eccentric block, bearing, vibration wall, screen box, and motor. The wear-resistant block and other important components are composed of a simple structure that is easy to maintain. The screen mesh and screen box are covered with bolts as a whole, rather than welding, to avoid cracking caused by vibration, and it is also convenient to replace.
Application range of circular vibrating screen
The vibrating screen can screen stones and sand, as well as coal slag, furnace slag, and lime. It is mainly used in conjunction with jaw crushers, impact crushers, sand making machines and other crushing equipment to complete the work together. It is widely used in mining, coal, energy, building materials, construction anti-corrosion and other related industries.
Operating principle of circular vibrating screen
The vibrating screen has 4 sets of eccentric combinations, and the synchronous operation of ten thousand couplings achieves vibration effect. The tire type coupling transmits the rotational motion of the motor to the shaft. Under the action of the eccentric block, the rotor shaft rotates with unequal centrifugal force, and the main machine achieves full vibration under the support of the spring to achieve the purpose of screening materials.
