1Principle and Application

ZS200 and ZS300 standard test sieves (also known as analysis sieves) are standard inspection and analysis sieves that integrate powder grading and liquid filtration. Suitable for laboratory, quality inspection room, and scientific research department to conduct precise analysis of particle size structure of particles and powder materials, as well as testing and analysis of liquid solid content. This test sieve is widely used for material testing and analysis in sewage and wastewater treatment processes in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, building materials, powder metallurgy, and environmental protection industries. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple operation, wide applicability, low noise, high efficiency, and high accuracy.

IIStructural characteristics

The machine has stable vibration performance, no noise, small size, simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and all parts in contact with raw materials are made of stainless steel material (excluding standard screens).

IIIenvironment condition

1. Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters

2. Turnover environment temperature: -5~40 degrees Celsius;

3. The relative temperature shall not exceed 90% (below 20 degrees Celsius);

4. The turnover medium is free of conductive dust and gases that can corrode and damage insulation.

 Standard sieve for testing | Laboratory standard sieve operation method:

1. The standard inspection sieve should be placed horizontally; Confirm that the power supply meets the requirements of the nameplate and ensure grounding; The vibrating part cannot come into contact with other objects; Are all bolts locked tightly.

2. Determine the standard inspection sieve frame to be selected based on the inspected material and corresponding standards.

3. Stack the standard inspection sieve frame on the base of the sieve frame in order of aperture, from small to large, and from bottom to top.

4. Place the inspected material into the top standard inspection sieve frame, cover the upper cover of the standard inspection sieve, adjust the height of the adjustment rod according to the total height of the standard inspection sieve frame, and then use a pressure plate and a locking nut to position and press the standard sieve frame tightly (note: both sides should use consistent force).

5. Set the running time on the timer based on the material properties and feeding amount, then turn on the power switch, and the standard inspection screen will start working.

6. After the standard test sieve stops working, unscrew the locking nut, remove the pressure plate, and carefully remove the standard sieve frame.

7. Cut off the power supply.
