The mobile extension system is well-designed to ensure the connectivity and mobility of various transmission components in the paint booth, and to be safe and reliable, with good maintenance, easy oil change, no leakage, and good load-bearing performance.
The walking of the retractable front chamber is smooth, stable, and free from shaking, collapse, and other phenomena. During the walking process of the front chamber, an audible and visual alarm device is installed. The telescopic mobile chamber structure adopts a steel structure, and the surface is sprayed with anti rust paint and topcoat. The hinges between the steel structures can move flexibly. The steel structure is sealed with highly flame-retardant fireproof cloth between the frames. After the telescopic spray booth is fully unfolded, the fabric has no wrinkles, and after retraction, the steel frame will not pinch the fabric and cause damage to the fabric.
All welding components must be ensured to be firm and reliable, and all welding interfaces must be polished to ensure that the welding joints are not sharp and injurious to people. In emergency situations, collisions with other equipment will not cause excessive damage. And all sharp end faces were rounded off and protective pads were installed.

Fully considering the reliability and safety of equipment operation, the electrical control cabinet adopts PLC programmable automatic control, and the main components inside the cabinet are imported products to ensure the overall performance and quality of the equipment.
The determination of process plan shall take into account the progressiveness of painting technology and fully meet the quality requirements of products;
The design and selection of process equipment should consider ensuring the realization of industrial processes and various technical parameters;
For self-made equipment in the process, universal and standard parts should be used as much as possible in the structural design to improve the degree of automation, while providing convenience for possible maintenance work in the future. Full consideration should be given to improving the production and working environment and labor hygiene conditions, and relevant national and industry standards and safety measures should be implemented
The overall layout design of the process equipment should consider the rationality of the entire spray painting production line process, and the coordination, neatness, aesthetics, and ease of operation and maintenance of the equipment layout;
