Structural Principle of Stacked Screw Thickener
The concentration main body of the stacked screw type sludge thickener is a concentration and filtration equipment formed by the overlapping of the dynamic and static rings, and the spiral winding dragon shaft runs through them. The concentration principle is based on the principle that during the rotation of the spiral axis, it drives the displacement between the movable and fixed rings to form a squeezing filter, achieving rapid concentration.
The stacker thickener equipment consists of a PLC control cabinet, a flocculation and conditioning tank, a sludge thickening body, and a filtrate tank. Under fully automatic operation conditions, continuous sludge thickening work is completed through flocculation.
