6、 Construction instructions
1. Construction method: spraying, plastering, scraping
2. Construction temperature: ≥ 5 ℃
3. Construction process: Strict requirements must be met before spraying. The floating dust and soil on the floor and wall surfaces must be cleaned, and uneven particles and loose impurities must be removed. The ash must be shovel clean
After cleaning, the substrate should be free of oil, grease, and wax. Sprinkle water appropriately to moisten it. Generally, after sprinkling water on the floor and the surface is dry and clean, it can be sprayed. Walls and ceilings do not require watering.
If it is the ground or floor surface, it can be wiped, scraped, or sprayed. It is recommended to spray paint on the wall and ceiling.
If spraying: (1) Use an 8-10mm caliber real stone paint spray gun. The construction method is similar to spraying real stone paint, and different materials and quantities are used, resulting in different construction methods.
The re spraying time generally exceeds 72 hours (3 days), depending on ventilation and weather conditions. (2) Use a spraying machine. Suitable for large-scale construction with fast spraying speed.
Regarding color, this variety is naturally black gray or gray and cannot be adjusted. Reminder: Due to the uneven surface, different angles, and different lighting conditions, the color may vary slightly, as it is a natural material with its own soundproofing coating, allowing for slight color difference.
4. Coating area: 1mm thick, 1.3 kilograms per square meter. By analogy: 3mm thick, 3.9 kilograms per square meter.
5. Drying and roughening time: surface drying is greater than 300 minutes/30 ℃, and actual drying is more than 72 hours. The air humidity is high, and the drying time needs to be extended (depending on the thickness, under general ventilation conditions).
6. Safe storage: Store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place with a temperature range of 5 to 25 degrees Celsius.
7. Maintenance requirements: After drying thoroughly, due to the excellent strength, tensile resistance, wear resistance, and bonding performance of the soundproofing coating, it is not necessary to temporarily apply a protective layer to residential buildings that have been handed over as raw materials.
However, attention should be paid to the protection of finished products, and they should not be subjected to heavy machinery or equipment rolling, to avoid stacking of building materials, dragging and scratching, and to prevent human damage. The surface structure should be determined by the owner during decoration. Pay attention to closing the doors and windows, and do not allow water to soak the painted ground.
8. Safe storage: Avoid direct sunlight, store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place, keep the container tightly sealed, store within the temperature range of 5-25 ℃, and strictly prevent frost. It should be stored in isolation from strong acids, alkalis, oxidizing agents, food, and animal feed.
9. Waste disposal: The disposal of waste and packaging materials of this product should comply with standards and local waste disposal regulations, and be handed over to a qualified company for disposal.
Attention: Remember to add too much water or not to mix too much cement to affect the effect. Painting for outdoor and exterior wall engineering operations must not be carried out on rainy days.
After construction, it is usually not allowed to rain for 3 to 5 days. Pay attention to the weather forecast. The base layer must have a clean and dry metal or concrete surface, and special attention should be paid to avoiding any signs of water leakage or moisture,
Do not leave oil stains on the base layer. If the original base surface has been damaged or has serious cracks, it should be repaired first. The sound insulation coating layer after spraying should be maintained in good dry condition. If necessary for the project,
