The Origin of Jiangsu SMT Solder Paste

The function of solder paste is to aid soldering, which can isolate air and prevent oxidation, increase capillary action, increase wettability, and prevent false soldering. Widely used as a soldering flux, solder paste acts as a surfactant, with high resistance and strong activity, and has a certain effect on bright spots and full soldering power. It is the best surface active additive among all soldering fluxes, and is commonly used as a medium to high-end environmentally friendly soldering flux in high-precision electronic components, or as an organic synthesis, pharmaceutical intermediate, etc.

Solder paste is mainly used to weld some relatively large metals, such as Tang Pozi and white iron lead barrels.
