The Bangzhao solar controller adopts a series pulse width modulation (PWM) method, with a wide range PWM adjustment of 0 to 99%, which can quickly and stably charge the battery under any system condition.

 

PWM charging method uses pulse current that automatically changes the duty cycle to charge the battery. This pulse charging can make the battery more safe and quickly fully charged. During the disconnection period, the waste gas generated by the chemical reaction of the battery has time to recombine and be absorbed, naturally eliminating concentration polarization and ohmic polarization, thereby reducing the internal pressure of the battery and allowing it to absorb more electricity. The pulse charging method allows the battery to have sufficient reaction time, reduces gas evolution, and improves the battery's acceptance rate of charging current.
