Purpose: High saturation magnetic induction strength; Suitable for manufacturing aircraft and instrument components that require small volume and light weight.In existing soft magnetic materials, the alloy has a saturation magnetic induction strength (2.4T), a high Curie point (980 ℃), and a saturation magnetostriction coefficient (60-100 × 10-6). Due to the high saturation magnetic induction intensity, when making motors of the same power, the volume can be greatly reduced. When making electromagnets, a large suction force can be generated at the same cross-sectional area. Due to the high Curie point, this alloy can work at higher temperatures where other soft magnetic materials have been completely demagnetized and maintain good magnetic stability.
