Company Introduction:
HLQ series dual axis sliding table cylinder characteristics:
1. Double linear guide rail, achieving high rigidity and possessing both rust and dust prevention performance.
2. A through-hole is reserved above the slider for easy fixation of the body from above.
3. The slider comes with a mounting locating pin hole.
4. The piston rod is designed with a floating joint to withstand no additional load torque.
5. Double piston rod design allows for double output.
6. The main body is equipped with installation positioning pin holes.
7. Install screw holes on the bottom and end faces of the body.
Installation and use of HLQ series dual axis sliding table cylinder:
1. Fixation of cylinder:
1.1. The cylinder can be fixed in three directions
1.2. Please refer to the table below to select the appropriate length of fixing screws and fix the cylinder according to the locking torque specified in the table. Excessive locking torque can cause poor movement; If the locking torque is too small, it can cause position deviation or parts falling off.
2. Fixation of fixtures:
2.1. The fixture can be installed on the front or top plate, making it convenient and flexible.
2.2. Please refer to the table below to select the appropriate length of fixture fixing screws and fix the fixture according to the locking torque specified in the table. It is advisable to have a fixed screw length of 0.5mm or more shorter than the locking depth for general fixtures to avoid touching the guide rail and causing poor movement.
2.3. When using linear guide rails as support platforms to fix fixtures, please be careful not to apply strong force
Impact force and excessive torque;
2.4. When using bolts or other locking fixtures to secure onto the slide, please hold the slide in hand. When holding the main body and locking it, excessive torque will be applied to the guide rail, causing a decrease in accuracy.
3. Hydraulic buffer buffer:
3.1. Hydraulic buffers are consumables and should be replaced in a timely manner when their energy absorption capacity decreases. The following table is a comparison table of the hydraulic buffer models equipped for each cylinder diameter;
3.2. The tail screw hole of the oil pressure buffer is not for adjustment purposes, and arbitrary adjustment can cause oil leakage;
3.3. Please tighten the oil pressure buffer locking nut with the locking torque specified in the table below.
