The sliding loader can be replaced or connected to different working devices in a blink of an eye on the job site, usually in just a few minutes. Thus, operations such as shoveling, stacking, lifting, excavation, drilling, crushing, grasping, pushing and scraping, loosening soil, trenching, road cleaning, and road compaction can be carried out separately.
Generally speaking, the prominent feature of a sliding loader is its unique steering method. Ordinary cars or loaders use front wheel steering, but sliding loaders use the linear speed difference between the wheels on both sides to achieve vehicle steering.
Hydraulic drive. The working device of the sliding steering loader adopts hydraulic transmission, and its walking drive system, except for a few models that use belt or chain transmission, almost all sliding steering loaders adopt a fully hydraulic dual circuit closed system, a swashplate bidirectional variable pump, and a swashshaft high-speed motor.
Features of Skid Loaders. Skid loader is a mechanical device with lifting arms, sturdy body, engine, and the ability to install various accessories for operation. It is mobile and flexible, with vertical drive on both sides, and balanced distribution of power, load, and load. The power generally ranges from 20 to 50 kilowatts, the mass of the main engine ranges from 2000 to 4000 kilograms, and the speed is 10 to 15 kilometers per hour. It is mainly used in situations where the work site is narrow, the ground is uneven, and the work content changes frequently. It is suitable for infrastructure construction, industrial applications, dock loading and unloading, urban streets, residential buildings, barns, livestock sheds, airport runways, and can also be used as large-scale construction machinery and equipment.
Bucket digging force and bucket pushing force. Excavation force refers to the force exerted by the loader bucket when shoveling material piles or excavating the ground. The pushing force of the bucket depends on the weight of the loader and the friction with the ground. Heavier vehicles have greater bucket thrust.
Due to its small turning radius being less than half of that of articulated loaders of the same grade, it is particularly suitable for operations in narrow areas such as urban infrastructure, roads or construction sites, factory workshops, warehouses, docks, ship decks, and even ship cabins.
