Pressure Sensitive Skin-Friendly Silicone Wig Fabric Glue
KL-6634-A/B is two component silicone bra adhesive which cured to be soft silicone rubber on exposure to heat. The cured silicone bra adhesive serves as coating adheres perfectly to EVA,PVC and fabric substrates. It is characterized by electrical insulation, high grade of transparency.the adhesive-treated bras will be of frequent uses above 300times and maintain its stable adhesion, KL-6634A/B is skin-friendly and SGS certified ,Mainly used for health care products like women bras.

1. Mix the 6634A and 6634B by a weight ratio of 1:1
2.Turn the bras inside out and coat silicone adhesive on the EVA, PVC ,silicone rubber or fabric substrates.
3. Baking at 90℃ for 540 seconds in heating devices.
l Cleaning base materials and apply on the adhesives in a dust-free plant
l The mixed silicone adhesive should be used up within 1 hour.
l Good stable adhesion and long lifespan of self-adhesive bras results from enough coating of the silicone bra adhesives and repeative heating if needed
l The silicone adhesive should be kept in a sealed package at low temperature environment.
