Method of application:
• Mix AB agent thoroughly until completely combined.• Using the mixer fully stirring for 5 to 10 minutes.• Before coating, it will be filtered once through a 200-300 holes filter screen.• The mixing ink of effective operating time is 6 hours.• When the ink is used, room temperature should be controlled at 22C approximately, and ensure constant temperature and humidity.
Vulcanization conditions:
• Vertical oven: 180C, 20 minutes• LR conveyer belt: 220C, 7 minutes
Tips:
• Because of the character of volatile solvent, when using the coating ink, please pay attention to ventilation, and keep awayfrom flame and heat.• Avoid long time contacting with skin. After the vapor is inhaled or contact with the skin, wash immediately with plenty ofsoap-suds. • Storage period: 6 moths at normal temperature without any catalysts being added.
Application:
It is a kind of double fluid heating curing coating conductive inks, with stable resistance value, excellent adhesion, good abrasion resistance, bright appearance, high tearing strength, etc, especially used in silicone rubber cable accessories, such as composite insulator, lightning arrester, and so on.
