According to customer requirements, the Q3 series hook type shot blasting machine can be divided into single hook type and double hook type:
The working sequence of the single hook type is for a single hook to enter and exit. After the first hook is cleaned, the equipment stops, the hook exits the cleaning room, and the worker removes the workpiece before applying shot blasting
The double hook type is used for loading workpieces with a hook, where one hook cleans while the other hooks the workpiece and alternately enters the shot blasting cleaning room, greatly saving work time and improving work efficiency.
Dust collector: (optional)
The general configuration is bag vibration dust removal. If the customer has high local dust removal requirements, they can choose high configuration dust removal pulse filter cartridge dust removal or pulse bag dust removal. Based on years of practical production experience, it is generally better to use a pulse filter dust collector for rust removal and oxide skin removal, and a pulse bag dust collector for cleaning castings.

Workpiece principle

The working principle of the Q3 series hook type shot blasting machine: During the cleaning process, the workpiece loaded by the hook is sent into the blasting area inside the cleaning room, and all sides of its body are hit and rubbed by strong and dense bullets from three high-efficiency shot blasting machines in different directions, causing the oxide skin, rust spots, and dirt on its surface to quickly fall off; Obtain a smooth surface with a certain roughness on the surface of the workpiece. At the same time, due to the impact and friction of dense projectiles, the workpiece eliminates internal stress, changes the compressive stress of the workpiece, and improves its lifespan.
